Mix flour, margarine and 1/2c nuts. Pat into 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 15min or slightly brown. Cool.
Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1cup Cool whip. Spread over crust. Let stand 15 minutes.
Mix pudding mixes with milk. Spread over second layer. Cover with remaining Cool Whip, Garnish with chopped nuts. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
