Preheat oven to 350.
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Add sifted dry ingredients- (2 C) flour, baking powder, baking soda. Add sour cream and vanilla. Stir.
Filling/Topping- Mix brown sugar, chopped nuts, (2 t) flour, cinnamon. Put half of the batter in a greased and floured 9x13 cover with half of the filling. Add second layer of batter and rest of filling on top.
Bake 30 minutes.
