Layer 1- Melt butter and add flour and sugar. Pat into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 until light brown. Let cool completely.

Layer 2- Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar. Blend well and fold in 1 tub of cool whip. Spread on top of layer 1.

|
|
Layer 3- Mix pudding according to box. Put on top of layer 2.
|
|
|
Layer 4- Spread 2nd tub of cool whip over top of layer 3.
