1 pound cooked salad shrimp or sauteed large shrimp rough chopped
4 tblsp. plus 1 cup alfredo sauce, divided
12 jumbo pasta shells
lemon wedges
fresh parsley
Instructions
In a skillet, saute mushrooms in butter until almost tender. Add green onion, cook until almost tender. Stir in the shrimp and 4 tblsp. of sauce. Pour 1/2 cup sauce in to a greased 9 by 13 pan. Fill each pasta shell with 2 tblsp. of shrimp mixture.
Place in baking dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup alfredo sauce. Cover and bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with lemon and parsley.
