Preheat oven to 350. Drain tomatoes, reserving liquid. Pour liquid into measureing cup. Add water to measure one cup. In skillet put liquid, potatoes and onion. Cover and cook 10min or until tender. When tender, put in one qt baking dish.
Top with tomatoes and cream. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake 20min until hot and bubbly
