Roll each piece in sugar-cinnamon mixture. Drop into heavily greased Bundt or tube pan. When all pieces are in pan, sprinkle remaining sugar-cinnamon mix over biscuits.
Melt butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Pour over biscuits.
Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan.
May add raisins or nuts, if desired.
