Place cold water, Old Bay and hot sauce in large pot - have enough water to cover ingredients and allow them to move and breathe. Bring water to a boil over high heat.
Add potatoes and cook 10 - 15 minutes until soft when pierced with fork.
Reduce heat to medium-high, add kiebasa and corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
Increase heat to high and when boilingm add the shrimp then remove from the heat. Stir gently to mix watch until shrimp starts to turn pink. Drain into large colander and return to pot. Serve immediately.
