Exactly 1& 3/4 c. strawberries without stems, crushed (fresh or frozen)
4 c. sugar
2 Tbs. lemon juice
1 pouch Certo fruit pectin
Instructions
Place berries in bowl with sugar.Let stand 10 minutes.
combine lemon juice with pectin, stir into fruit. Continue to stir for about 3 minutes. Ladle quickly into any kind of container with tight fitting lid.
Let stand at room temperature for 24 hours. May freeze, or will keep in refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.
