3 cups water

1 Tbs. pickling spice
|
|
1 lb. medium, shelled
|

1/2 c. white vinegar
|
|
1/4 c. oil
|
|
1 Tbs. dijon mustard
|

1 tsp. prepared horseradish
|

1/2 tsp. celery salt
|
|
1/4 c. sliced green onions
|

Instructions |
|
|
Bring water and pickling spices to a boil. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Drain shrimp and spices.
|
|
|
In medium bowl stir vinegar, oil, mustard, horseradish and celery salt until blended.
|
|
|
Add green onions and shrimp with spices., stir to coat well.
|
|
|
Cover and refrigerate, stirring occasionally, several hours or over night.
