In large mixing bowl combine all cookie ingredients except flour and salt. Mix well. Stir in flour and salt. Press dough into 15” by 10” jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes.
In saucepan melt chocolate chips. Stir in peanut butter and corn flakes. Spread over slightly cooled crust. Cool slightly, cut into bars, and cool completely.
