Grease two 9 inch pans. Line bottoms with wax paper. Mix cake, oil, eggs and orage juice. Stir in oranges and nuts. Bake 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Cook for 10 minutes and remove from pans.
Frost with 20 oz crushed pineapple and juice, 4 oz pkg instant vanilla pudding and 1 cup cool whip.
