Combine all ingredients, except noodles, in slow cooking pot. Cover and cook at setting 3 (low) for 6-9 hours or at setting 5 (high) for 3-4 hours until chicken and vegetables are tender.
Remove chicken pieces from cooking pot and set aside to cool slightly, increase heat to setting 5 and add noodles, stirring to blend. Cover and continue cooking for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, remove chicken from bones and cut into bite-size pieces. Return meat to cooking pot to heat as noodles finish cooking. Reduce heat to setting 2 (low) for serving.
Serve with assorted cracker and cheese.
