Cook meat and drain. Add seasoning and water. Put meat into large flour shells and roll, put in greased 1 x 13 inch layer pan. Put 1/2 of cheese on top and pour enchilada sauce over top.
Bake 350 for 15 minutes. Top with lettuce, tomatores, onions, black olives and other half of cheese.
