Beat 1/2 & 1/2 with eggs anf flour until smooth. Split chilies, seed and rinse. Lay on paper towels to dry. Mix cheeses, reserve 1/2 c for topping. Alternate layers- cheese, chilies, egg mixture in a deep 1 1/2 qt baking dish, sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray. Pour tomato sauce over the top and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 75 minutes or until cooked in the center.
