In a large bowl mix egg yolks together with sugar for about 10 minutes. Very slowly add bourbon and brandy.

When alcohol has been added, allow mix to cool in the fridge for about 6 hours.

30 Minutes before serving stir in milk. Stir in 1 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg. In separate bowl beat creme with mixer on high speed until creme forms stiff peaks.

|
In yet another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold egg white mix into egg yolk mix. Gently fold creme into egg mix. Garnish with the rest of the nutmeg.
