Brown Hamburger. Add salt and pepper to taste. While hamburger is browning, make the 2 cups rice. Add to pot, 1 1/2 c. water, 1/2 c. salsa and both chicken boullion cubes. When it comes to a boil, add rice ,turn off stove, stir and cover for 5 min.
Drain fat from hamburger now add the taco seasoning. Stir the rice until fluffy, add salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble on each plate desired amount of crushed doritos. Place some hamburger, then rice,lettuce, cheese, tomato, onion, green onion, jalepenos. Top with sour cream , hot sauce, ranch or french ( or both) .
