Mix all ingredients, form into bite size meatballs. Place in a baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Place meatballs on paper towels to drain.
Heat Jelly and chili sauce until melted. Add meatballs and simmer for 30 minutes. May also use cocktail sausage in place of meatballs or a combination of the two meats.
