Place lamb leg fat side up in open, shallow roasting pan. Do NOT cover or add water. Sprinkle with rosemary and thyme. Rub with garlic. roast for aprox 2 hrs at 325 degrees. Remove from oven and baste with lemon juice and parsley. Roast until done
Allow 25 minutes per lb. for Medium; 30 minutes per lb. for well done.
