Brown pork chops in olive oil and sprinkle with
seasoned salt and pepper.
Combine soup, milk, sour cream. Stir in potatoes,
1/2c. cheese and 1/2 can onions. Spoon mixture in a
9x13 pan. Arrange pork chops over potato mixture.
Bake, covered, 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with
remaining cheese and onions; bake, uncovered, 5 more
minutes.
Note- Can bake 3 potatoes in microwave, shred
potatoes and use instead of hash browns.
