scrape out vanilla seeds and add empty pods to cream
|
|
|
whisk sugar seeds and yolks until pale yellow colour
|
|
|
heat cream take cream off the heat and add to egg mix slowly
|
|
|
return to heat and keep mix moving until coats the back of a spoon. cool in bowl over ice water.
