Separate eggs and beat egg whites until firm. In
a separate bowl beat egg yolks until lemon
colored.
Fold egg yolk in whites and add water and vanilla.
Mix the remainder dry ingredients together. Fold
into egg mixture.
Spread in a jelly roll pan greased and floured.
Bake 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cool.
Cut into 1x2 inch pieces and freeze for easier
frosting.
Frosting- Make a thin frosting of powdered sugar,
vanilla, salt, and melted butter.
Frost all sides and roll in finely ground unsalted
peanuts.
