In 10-inch skillet, cook beef, onion, garlic, oregano and 1/4 tsp of the salt over medium-high heat 5-7 mins, stirring occasionally, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain.
Meanwhile, in medium bowl, mix cucumber, tomato, yogurt and dill and remaining 1/4 tsp salt. Stir olives into beef mixture.
On each of 4 serving plates, place 1 pita bread. Spoon 1/4 of beef mixture on half of each pita. Top each with a spoonful of yogurt mixture; fold other half of pita over filling. Serve with remaining yogurt mixture.
