Place cubed bread in bottom of greased 9x13 pan.
Top with cheese.
Brown and drain sausage; cut into bite-sized pieces.

Beat eggs with milk and mustard. Pour over bread
then add the sausage.
Refrigerate overnight.

|
Next day dilute soup with milk and pour over.
|
|
|
Bake 300 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
