Loaf of Crusty Panini Bread

1 pack of Ground Italian Sausage
|
|
1ea. Red, Green & Yellow Bell Peppers
|
|
Shredded or block Monterey Jack cheese
|

1 1/2 Yellow Onions
|
|
1 pack of Mushrooms
|

Instructions |
|
|
Remove sausage from pack and cook until brown in medium skillet. Dice peppers and onion, slice mushrooms.

|
Toss veggies in a small skillet with butter until almost tender, remove from heat. Heat panini grill and stir meat.
|
|
|
When brown, remove sausage from heat and stir in veggies. Slice the bread, brush on butter or olive oil on two slices.
|
|
|
Build panini- bread, cheese, meat mixture, cheese, bread. Place on grill until crusty with marks. Enjoy!
