Preheat oven to broil before starting.
cut off stems on jalapenos, then cut each pepper in half so both sides are even. Hollow out membranes in each jalapeno - use a small spoon. Make sure all seeds are removed as well.If you want to make them hot you may want to leave a few seeds behind. keep in mind each little seed packs a powerful punch!

fill each hollowed out membrane with cream cheese. Easiest to do this with a butter knife.

take 1 piece of bacon and wrap jalapenos. secure both sides with a toothpick. if the Jalapenos you made are small you can use 1 piece of bacon for 2 halves.

Cook in oven for 25 minutes or until bacon is done. If you like your bacon rubbery it will take less time. I have found crispy to burnt bacon tastes the best. take out and enjoy!
