Prepare grill. Bring coals to med. hot.
|

Meanwhile, divide dough into fist-sized balls. Press balls on a
floured surface using your fingers so that they're 1/4 inch thick all
the way across.(If dough snaps back, let it rest for a min. then try
again)

|
Cook on oiled grill for about 45 seconds on each side - flatbread
should be charred and bubbly.
|
|
|
Set out on a platter, drizzle wieh olive oil, and sprinkle with sea salt
and herbs.
