In an iron skillet, fry the bacon over medium heat until crisp.
Remove it from the pan and set aside. Add the chopped onion and
the garlic to the pan and saute in the bacon dripings until
tender. Add the okra along with the three peppers and cook and
stir until tender. Add the tomato and salt and simmer for an
additional 10 minutes. Crumble the cooked bacon into the pan.
Adjust the seasoning and serve.
