1/2 cup Italian cheese- mozzarella, asiago, fontina, parm mix
1/2 c. blue cheese or substitute 1/2 c. more of Italian cheese
1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese
Instructions
Roll our bread into rectangle. Cover with ranch or blue cheese dressing to within 1/2 inch of all sides. Mix butter and wing sauce and warm on the stove top. When butter is melted add shredded chicken and stir to combine.
Spread chicken over the ranch dressing, cover with Italian cheese, chopped green onions and blue cheese (or another 1/2 cup Italian cheese)
Roll up and tuck ends in gently. Cut 1/4 inch slits in top to vent. Bake on 11 by 15 stone bar pan for 25 min. at 350. Let cool 10 minutes before slicing.
Ridiculously good!!!
