-preheat oven to 180 C and grease the loaf tin
-Mix first four (wet) ingredients in one bowl
-Mix rest in another bowl and then combine the two mixes - Do
not over mix, leave slightly lumpy
-Bake for one hour or until toothpick inserted in middle comes
out clean
-let cool in pan for ten minutes and then turn out on to cooling
rack
-Slices better the next day
-Eat it
