Spread Hawaiian Rolls with horseradish Mayonnaise. Place a slice of ham and a cheese slice on each and cover with top of roll. Place rolls in a 9X13 pan. Make a sauce of Brown Sugar, carmelized onions, poppy seeds, worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder and parsley. Pour over sandwiches and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
