Cook squash 5 minutes- Saute chopped onion in small amount of butter. mix soup and sour cream and carrots in a large bowl.
Add squash and onion mixture, stir gently.
Add 1/2 cup melted butter to crumbs and stir-
Put 1/2 crumbs in a 9x13 buttered dish, add squash and cover with the rest of crumbs.
bake at 350 degree for 25-30 minutes. Yummy
