9 uncooked lasagne noodles; 2 cups mozza or cheddar
1 can mushroom soup with 1 inch milk
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, twice
1 tbsp dried basil; 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
Microwave mixed ground beef and onions at 100% for 5-9 minutes, stirring once. Drain. Stir
in rest. Cover and microwave at 100% for 10 minutes. Stir. Uncover. Microwave at 70% for
15-20 minutes until sauce thickens, stirring 2-3 times. OR cook in fry pan until mixture is
reduced, about 1 hour.
350. Cook lasagne noodles. Mix soup, milk, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, basil and oregano
together. Layer 13x9 ungreased casserole dish with 3 layers of noodles, meat mixture and
soup mix. Top last layer with lots of medium to old cheddar slices or 2 cups of shredded
mozza and the last 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese. Bake for 45 minutes and let stand for at
least 15 minutes before cutting.
