Soften the goat cheese and mix in basil, oregano, garlic cloves and powder, salt and pepper.
Loosen the skin on the chicken by separating the skin from the meat with your fingers. Divide the goat cheese evenly among the chicken thighs and stuff the cheese underneath the skin.
Rub the chicken all over with olive oil
Bake for 35-40 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
