2 cups Cooked Elbow Noodles
|

2 tbsp Butter
|
|
1 tbsp Flour
|

1/4 tsp Dry Mustard
|

3/4 tsp Salt
|
|
Speck Pepper
|

2 cups Milk
|
|
1/2 lb Velveta Cheese (cut into small cubes)

Instructions |
|
|
Melt butter then add flour, mustard, salt, and pepper.
|
|
|
Slowly add milk, stirring continuously. Add Velveta and stir till
melted.
|
|
|
Pour sauce over noodles in a greased baking dish.
|
|
|
Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
