1. heat up pan
2. heat the oil in the pan before adding the spices(inc garlic) and frying for 2 mins (don't burn garlic or this will taste yuck)
3. add the chick and saute' for two mins
4. add the onion and tomatoes and leave curry to simmer for 6 mins
5. pour in the cream and add the lime juice
6. when the cream has heated through and reduced, remove the curry from the heat
7. add the corriander and stir well
