make 2 single mochas of coffee and set aside
separate 2 eggs into yolks and whites and whip whites
to the 2 yolks add 50g sugar and mix. then add 250g marscapone cheese and mix again. then fold in whites. then need to layer up your dessert. layer of cream and then layer of sponge fingers that you soak in the coffee as you go. Make about 3 layers finishing with cream. sprinkle with baking choc/real choc to finish. can add some alcohol if you want.
