1/4 c. sugar

1/4 c. ketchup

1/8 c. vinegar

1/2 T. Worcester Sauce

1 small onion (broken into rings and cut rings in half)

2 boiled eggs diced

1 can water chestnuts
|

Bacon 6-8 slices
|

Bean Sprouts
|
|
Fresh Spinach 10-16 oz

Instructions |

|
Dressing-
Blend together in a upright blender ( oil, sugar, ketchup, vinegar, worcester)
|
|
|
Fry the bacon until crispy or to your liking. Cut into 1/2 pieces
|

Strain the water chestnuts. Put spinach into bowl and add bacon,eggs,water chestnuts and bean sprouts. Pour Dressing over top. ENJOY!!
