mix sugar, cinnamon, giner and cloves in small bowl. Beat eggs in large bowl. stir in pumkin and sugar-spice mixture. gradually stir in evaporated milk.
pour into pie shell.
bake in preheated oven at 425 for 15 minutes then reduce temp to 350 for 40-50 minutes. cool for 2 hours.
you can use 1 3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice for the cinnamon, ginger and cloves.
