4 teaspoons prepared mustard or Dijon -style mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Rinse chicken, pat dry with paper towels. Cut chiken into 3/4-inch wide, 3-inch long strips.
In small mixing bowl, combine the egg whites and the 1 tablespoon honey. In a shallow bowl combine the cornflake crumbs and pepper.
Dip chiken strips into the egg white mixture. Roll int he crumb mixture to coat. Place in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake chicken in 450 degree oven for 11-13 minutes or till no longer pink.
For Sauce, stir together 1/4 cup honey, mustard, and garlic powder. Serve with chicken.
