Slives olives, chop anchovies, and crush garlic. Heat oil over
medium heat. Add garlic; cook just until garlic begins to color. Stir
in tomatoes, parsley, capers, and spices.
Add olives and anchovies to skillet; cook over medium high heat,
stirring constantly until sauce is thickened. Serve over spaghetti.
