2 1/2 cups (1 lb) leftover cooked eye of round steak, cut into bite-size chunks

2 1/2 cups (2 large potatoes) fully cooked potatoes (with skins on), cut into bite-size chunks
|

4 oz fresh sliced mushrooms
|
|
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
|
|
1/2 cup chopped onions (frozen onions work well)
|
|
1 (1 1/4 oz) envelope dry onion soup mix
|
|
4 cups water
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |

|
Spray a slow cooker with nonfat cooking spray.
|

In the slow cooker, combine all ingredients and mix well.

Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
