Mix ingredients, pour into chilled aluminum container and place in
ice cream maker. Add paddle and secure lid. Layer chopped ice and
rock salt around container, turn machine on.
Alternate Measurements- 2 qt Half n Half, 1/2 pt Heavy Cream, 1
1/2 cup Sugar, 4 tsp Vanilla or one 3/4 inch Vanilla Bean split
lengthwise and seeds scrapped into mixture, 1/8 tps salt.
