1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 can (3-5 ounces) drained and sliced
1 lemon
1 package (4-6 ounces) feta cheese
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
1 egg white (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Unroll crescent dough, separate into triangles. With wide ends of triangles toward the center, arrange 8 triangles in a circle on a large cookie sheet/stone. Arrange remaining 8 in the center, matching the wide ends. Press to seal the wide ends together at the seams.
Mix tuna, bell pepper, chopped artichoke hearts, sliced olives, and feta cheese to a bowl. Zest one lemon, and add to above ingredients. Add crushed garlic clove and italian seasoning. Mix well.
With ice cream scoop or large spoon place ingredients along the wide seams of the dough forming a circle.
Beginning with the center triangles, lift the corners and place across the filling, then the outside triangle to form a wreath.
Beat the egg yolk with a small amount of italian seasoning and brush over the top of the wreath. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
