3 to 4 lbs. meat chuck,round steak,roast,venison, etc.
1 T. salt
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 T. pepper
2 T. liquid smoke
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. tabasco sauce
1/4 c. worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. warm water
Instructions
slice meat into 1/8 inch strips. Place in a container with a lid. Mix remaining ingredients together. Pour over meat. Cover and let stand 24 hrs. Stir the meat several times.Drain of liquid and pat the meat dry with paper towels.
Place on a aluminum foil lined cookie sheet. Bake in a . 120 oven for 6 to 8 hrs. Check on the meat every couple of hrs.
