1 pound beef top round (i used sirloin in this recipe)
1/4 c oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/8 tsp pepper
oil, garlic, onion
bok choy (i used pechay)
2 c snow peas
2 small tomatoes cut into wedges
Instructions
In a bowl, stir together oyster sauce, soy sauce and pepper. Set Aside.
Saute garlic, onion and vegetables. Remove vegetables from the wok.
Add beef to the wok and stir-fry until done.
Stir in the sauce. Return the vegetables. Simmer until cook.
