Mix water and yeast together in a large mixing bowl until the yeast is disolved. Add other ingredients one at a time. You'll probably have to use your hands a little when you start adding the flour.

Take the dough out of the bowl for a couple seconds (just hold it in your hand) and add a little bit of oil to the bottom of the bowl. Put the dough back in and put a clean towel over the top. Put it in a warm place so it can rise for about ten minutes.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees at this point, if you haven't already down so. Flour a wide counter top or table. Roll out dough so it's about a quarter to a half inch thick. Cut into one inch strips with the back side of a butter knife. Melt the butter in the microwave and then pour it onto a cookie sheet with sides.

Take your strips, dip both sides in the butter. Put the ends together and then twist the whole thing and put back on the cookie sheet (it's easiest if all the melted butter is kind of in one corner, so you can use the rest of the sheet for breadsticks. When all the strips are done, spread parmesan cheese and seasoning salt (or whatever seasoning you like) over the top. Let it rise 10 more minutes in a warm spot (on top of the oven works well). Put in the oven for about 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Good luck trying not to eat too many.
