1 (28 oz ) jar spaghetti sauce

3 cups hot water
|
|
1 (12 oz) bag ground meatless burger
|

2 (4 oz) cans sliced mushrooms, optional
|

1/2 cup chopped onion, optional
|

12 oz rigatoni
|
|
1 (8 oz) container fat-free sour cream
|

Instructions |

|
Spray a slow cooker with nonfat cooking spray.
|
|
|
In the cooker, stir together all the ingredients except the rigatoni. Cover and cook on high for 1 1/2 - 2 hours or on low for 3 1/2 - 4 hours.

(If cooking on low, turn to high for 10 minutes before adding rigatoni.) Add the rigatoni and cook for an additional 1/2 hour on high.

|
Once fully cooked, gently stir in the sour cream and serve.
