Preheat oven to 425. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into pastry shell. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and continue baking 35-40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Streusel topping- In bowl combine 1/2 cup firmly packing brown sugar and 1/2 cup unsifted flour. Cut in 1/4 cup cold margarine or butter until crumbly. Stir in chopped nuts (opt.) Top pie with streusel and bake 10 minutes.
