4 (4 oz) pork tenderloin steaks ( cut a 1 lb tenderloin steak into 4 pieces)

2 large onions, quartered and separated
|
|
2 large green peppers, cut into 3/4-inch strips
|

8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
|
|
1/4 cup Butter Buds
|
|
1/2 cup water
|
|
1 teaspoon celery salt or garlic salt
|

Instructions |

|
Spray slow cooker with nonfat cooking spray. Place the pork tenderloin in the bottom of cooker and top with onions, green peppers and mushrooms.

Mix the Butter Buds, water and garlic salt together together until the buds are dissolved. Pour over the vegetables.
|
|
|
Gently toss the vegetables to distribute the seasonings. Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 8-9 hours.
|
|
|
Arrange the pork steaks on a platter. Toss the vegetables in the juices before pouring the juice and vegetables over the pork. Serve hot.
