1 cup shredded cheddar and monterrey jack cheese blend
1 (4 oz) can green chilies drrained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp taco seasoning
2 plum tomatoes diced (or 1 can diced tomatoes)
1 lime (just the juice)
2/3 cup crushed tortilla chips
2 cans crescent rolls
salsa and sour cream to serve with
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix chicken, olives, cheese, chilies, mayo, lime juice, tomatoes and seasoning. Add in about half the crushed chips and mix well.
Unroll cresent dough and separate into triangles. Place each triangle into remaining crushed chips and then lay out on a round cookie sheet or baking stone. Place each wide end together to form a sun shape.
Pull ends over to create a ring. Bake for 20-25 minutes and serve with salsa and sour cream.
